Fish is sourced locally, brought by local fishermen straight to Aloita on their way back to shore. Aside from our own fresh vegetables and herbs, like basil, mint and different types of salads, we also grow fresh fruit within our resort, such as papayas and bananas.

All the meals we serve at our Resort are prepared by International guest chefs who visit us on a regular basis and leave their best signature dishes and recipes with us.

We happily accommodate guests with dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten intolerance, as that’s also a part of who we are.
