Our chefs serve a combination of international and local recipes. No need to ask about your vegan and/or vegetarian diet restrictions, it’s part of our DNA!
Fish is sourced locally, brought by local fishermen straight to Nasara on their way back to town. Aside from our own fresh vegetables and herbs, like basil, mint and different types of salads, we also grow fresh fruit within our resort, such as papayas and bananas.
All of the delicious meals we serve at Nasara are prepared by professional chefs who take a delight in creating that special meal for our perfect guests.
We also happily accommodate guests with dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten intolerance, as that’s also a part of who we are.
